Asset by Expiration Date Report
The Asset by Expiration Date Report page allows users to generate a report of assets due to expire by expiration date type within a specified date range.
Screen Elements
| Name | Description |

| Expiration From Date | This control is required. It displays the earliest date in the range that will be used when selecting the asset information for the report. The default is the current date - 1 year + 1 day. The date must be valid. The From Date must be less than or equal to the To Date. |
| Expiration To Date | This control is required. It displays the latest date in the range that will be used when selecting the asset information for the report. The default is the current system date. The date must be greater than or equal to the From Date. |
| Expiration Date Type | This control displays the type of expiration to use to determine which assets are set to expire. The default is Insurance. The available options are Insurance, Lease, Warranty, and License. |
| Reporting Category | This control displays the reporting category of the assets to include on the report. The default is <blank>. The available options are <blank>, Capital, and Controlled. |
| Accounting Category | This control displays the accounting category of the assets to include on the report. The default is <blank>. The available options are <blank>, General/Governmental Fixed Asset, and Proprietary/Business Fixed Asset. |
| Sort Order | This control displays the order in which to sort the assets on the report. The options vary based on the value of the Expiration Date Type control. |
| Classification, Department, and G/L Organization jump box tabs | These controls allow the user to determine what data set will display on the report output. |
