Counters

Use this page to create and edit the counter codes (groups) that are used for permits types, projects, work orders and citations. The grid contains existing counter groups and their descriptions.

The groups are hyperlinked and ordered alphabetically.

To create a new counter group, click the New button. To edit a counter group, click the hyperlinked Code. In either instance, the Counter Detail page will open, with the General tab enabled. In the former case, only the General tab will be visible; in the latter, the Counters tab also will be visible.

To delete a counter group, select (highlight) it in the grid, and click the Delete button.

Note: Only groups that are not in use may be deleted.
