Benefit Plan Listing
Use this pop-up to obtain a list of the benefit plans in your system.
Fields and Check Boxes
| Field/Check Box | Description |

| Plan Year | Plan year to be covered on the listing. Click in the field to select from a drop-down list of available plan years. |
| Category | Plan category, such as medical or life, to be covered on the listing. Click in the field to select from a drop-down list of available plan years. |

Include This section organizes the parts of the benefit plan category you may select to have included on the listing. |

| Plans | Benefit plan information. |
| Options | Benefit plan option information. Plans must be checked for this check box to be enabled. |
| Benefit Groups | Benefit plan option information. Plans must be checked for this check box to be enabled. |
| Sort by |
Determines whether the listing is sorted by plan year, followed by category, or vice-versa. The default selection is Plan Year, Category. Click in the field to select Category, Plan Year from the drop-down. |
Click OK to generate the list and send it to myReports.
