Hours codes represent the ways employees are paid and are used to process employees' work time for payroll.

Use this page to set up hours codes for any and all ways employees are paid.

Hours codes that already have been set up display in a grid. To set up a new hours code, click the New button located below the grid. To edit an existing hours code, click the hyperlinked name of the code in the Hours Code column. In either instance, the Hours Code page opens, containing the detailed information for the code.
