Accrual Plans

Use this page to set up and maintain the accrual plans that are assigned to benefit groups and to individual employees who negotiate different earnings rates or schedules.

To accommodate groups of employees who earn accruals in different ways, each accrual plan may encompass multiple accrual profiles (vacation, sick, personal, comp) and rule sets, allowing for a straightforward way to apply plans to benefit groups and employees.

Accrual plans that already have been set up display in a grid. Those that have been validated show green check marks in the Validated column; those that have not show red Xs .

The bottom border of the grid contains a series of buttons. To see what a button does, click its image below:

Note: Validating an accrual plan:ClosedAn accrual plan cannot be selected for an employee unless all of its profiles have been validated. For a profile to be validated, all rule sets associated with it may not contain overlapping dates or gaps in dates.
