Compare Two User Permissions Report

To let you view a variety of permissions comparisons between two users, a Compare Two Users button has been added to the User List page:

Click the button to open the Compare Two Users dialog:

Field	Description
First User	Required. From the dropdown, select the user whose permissions will be compared to a second user's.
Second User	Required. From the dropdown, select the user whose permissions will be compared to the first user's.
Result Type	Select from the dropdown: Display permissions only the first user has: Displays permissions the First User has that the Second User does not. Display permissions only the second user has: Displays permissions the Second User has that the First User does not. Display permissions exactly one user has: Displays permissions one of the two users has that the other user does not. Display permissions both users have, but at different levels: Displays permissions both users have but that do not match security levels.

Description

First User

Result Type

Display permissions both users have, but at different levels: Displays permissions both users have but that do not match security levels.

After making your selections, click Submit to generate and display the report:

To send the report to myReports as a PDF, click the Send to myReports button. To export the data to another format, such as CSV, Excel or Word, click the Export drop down menu icon.
