Create Inspection Email Notification

The
Add/Edit Notification dialog in Inspection Maintenance has been enhanced to allow an Inspection Event of Created to trigger email notifications when an inspection is created from the Inspection List/Search or service pages.
Notifications also are sent for inspections that are added during the adding or editing of a
parent type, such as a permit, case or license.
Note: This enhancement applies to all parent types that allow inspections to be created during the parent creation.
