Configuring Search Index Start Time

The Search Index Service feeds areas like Inspection Scheduler and Global Search with data from the ERP database.  This service reindexes by default at 5 am every day but is configurable.

Search Index Restart Time

  1. The first step in configuring the search index time is navigating to the Management Console site: https://APPSERVERHOSTHEADERMAPPING/ManagementConsole#/Base. Authenticate with a user who has access to the site:

  1. Click the vertical ellipsis on the New World ERP card and choose Configuration Settings.

  2. Expand the plus sign on the Search Settings banner:

  1. To change the Search Index time from 5 a.m. to another time, click the gear icon on the Search Index Configuration card. The port and start time can be configured here:

  1. Other items that can be configured in this Search Settings area include the port for the Search Index Monitor service as well as the Elastic Search URL. These items would not be modified in typical environment setups.

Note: Updating the application server port or search index port displays a message to the user to update the value in Tyler Deploy.
