Employee New Hire Report Scheduling

A Schedule button has been added to the Employee New Hire Report page:

This button lets you schedule the new hire report to be generated automatically at recurring dates and times and have the report emailed to you and selected email groups.

To schedule the report for auto-generation, make your selections in the date fields and click Schedule. The Schedule dialog displays:

Type the Name of the report and whether it will run Daily, Weekly or Monthly.

From the For dropdown, select whether to use the dates selected, previous weekday, previous week or previous month.

Select the schedule Start date and time.

In the End field, if applicable, select the last day to generate the report automatically.

When you click OK, the scheduled report is added to the grid on the Scheduled Reports Administration page at Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > System > Reports > Scheduled Reports Administration. (For more on this page, click here.)
