New World and Outlook Exchange 365 Calendar Integration

The Exchange and SMTP settings need to be set to the same Exchange 365 account with the same user and both to Office 365. A connection for calendar integration cannot be established when SMTP is not set up correctly. The Version should be set to the latest version for Exchange 365:

User Settings
The test user's settings need to be configured in New World ERP, My Settings:

The exchange account that will sync to the user in New World is the one on the user's profile in Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Security > Users > Login ID > General tab:

Assign Delegate Permissions
The test user needs to give delegate authority to the admin user in Exchange.
Log in to Outlook 356 as Jim Doe:

- Click the cog in the top-right corner to go to Settings.
Select View all Outlook settings:

Give the admin user delegate authority. The admin user needs to perform this step for each user who wants this integration:

- After this step, you may need to accept authority from the Admin's account. Log in to Outlook 365 as the Admin (john.doe-admin@nwerpdev.onmicrosoft.com) and accept the delegate invitations in the email inbox.

Adding, editing or deleting a calendar event in New World or Outlook updates the synchronized meeting:
