Enforce Do Not Accept Credit Cards Setting

eAdministration > eUtilities > Miscellaneous Settings

An Enforce "Do Not Accept" Credit Cards checkbox has been added to eUtilities Miscellaneous Settings in eAdministration:

Mark this box to enforce the message not to accept credit card payments in eUtilities. If an attempt to pay with a credit card occurs, the following message displays on the Make a Payment page:

"Please contact your utility billing municipality regarding payment options."
