UtilityAccess Link
Utility Management > Customer Service > Account
To allow administrators to impersonate UtilityAccess profiles associated with utility accounts, a UtilityAccess Account Impersonation link has been added to the Account Information header in Customer Service:
Clicking this link displays the UtilityAccess Account Impersonation popup:
The popup contains the Account number, the UtilityAccess Profile (if one exists for the account) and an Impersonate button. Selecting a UtilityAccess Profile from the dropdown and clicking the Impersonate button displays the UtilityAccess Login page.
For the UtilityAccess link to display in Customer Service, it must be configured through the Management Console:

On the main Management Console page, click the gear icon on the Utility Online Services card:

The Edit Utility Online Services popup displays, On the General tab, enter the Username, Password and Client Identifier:
Typically, the Username and Client Identifier are the same. To get the appropriate entries, contact New World ERP Support.

On the UtilityAccess tab, enter the Server Url and the Web API Url as shown below:
The Server Url and Web API Url require entries; otherwise, the UtilityAccess link will not display in Customer Service. To get the appropriate entries, contact New World ERP Support.
- Click. Save.
Once the link is set up, it replaces the eUtilities impersonation link in Customer Service.
