Work Order Type List

Work Order Types allows your organization to define and maintain the different work order types that it creates. The Work Order Type List provides the following information about each work order:

• Work Order Type: Work Order Type is the code that uniquely identifies the work order type.
• Description: Description provides more details to help identify the work order type.
• Service Class: The broad category of services (e.g., water & sewer) for which this work order type can be created.
• Activity: The task that will be performed to complete this work order (e.g., read).
• Create Charges: This column displays a if this work order will result in charges being assessed to the account.

Besides the standard buttons on list pages, the page also includes an Export and a Print button. Export launches the Data Export pop-up, which allows the user to select a file type and the columns from the list that should be included in the export file. The Print button sends a listing of the work order types to myReports.
