Entering a Licensee Contact
For the Owner, Primary Contact, etc., to appear on the business license, you must insure that the person’s name is input as a Contact on your licensee record.
Access your Licensee in Licensee Service by navigating to Community Development > Licensing > Licensee Service.
Highlight your Licensee and click the edit pencil:
Click on the Contacts bubble:
The name of the business will default into the Name field. Overwrite the name of the Primary Contact into this field. It is recommended that you include the title of the contact in the Name field:
If desired, you may add phone and fax numbers or change the email and address of the contact. Note: This will not change the default mailing address or email for your Licensee.
Click Save when finished (or Save/New to enter another contact).
