Permits Expiring Notification Report

The Permits Expiring Notification Report has been added to the Permits Reports menu:

According to the date range, permit types, permit statuses and parcels selected, this report produces data for permits close to expiration and those that have expired.

Report data displays in a grid, with each row corresponding to an expiration record. Data includes permit owner, permit issued to, permit type, permit number, permit status, expiration date, service address, parcel, parcel owner, contact email address, amount billed, amount paid and remaining balance.

A select box displays to the left of each row. The Send Email(s) button sends an email for each selected row using the Notification Manager. Click the Select All button to select all rows:
