Print an Asset Data Sheet Report
The Asset Data Sheet page allows authorized users to determine the information that will be included on the printed Asset Data Sheet report.
To print an Asset Data Sheet Report, follow the steps below:
- Go to Financial Management > Asset Management > Asset Service.
- On the Asset Service page, when you click a print icon (

) the Asset Data Sheet pop-up window opens. Select any or all of the following check boxes as needed. If you do not select anything, the report includes the asset number, classification, description, acquisition date and original purchase price of the asset.
- Include Asset Details — Includes all of the detailed information about the asset on the report.
- Include Asset History — Includes the asset's historical information on the report.
- Include Pending Asset History — Includes any changes to the asset (date, changed by, change source, source transaction) while in pending mode.
- Include Transaction History — Includes any transaction information (status, date, type, amount, and comments) on the report.
- Include Status Change History — Includes any status changes (effective date, status change type, changed by, change date and by physical inventory) on the report.
- Include Physical Inventory History — Includes any physical inventory information (initialized date, inventory date, completed, changed, status, new inactive reason, completed by) on the report.
- Include Accounts Payable History — Includes any accounts payable information (invoice date, vendor, invoice number, create asset and transaction amount) on the report.
- Include Procurement History — Includes any purchase order information (G/L date, vendor, PO number, create asset and transaction amount) on the report.
- Click OK. The report is sent to myReports.
