Special Assessments Invoice Inquiry
Financial Management > Inquiries > Special Assessments > Invoice
This inquiry will allow you to search for and inquire on Special Assessment invoices and related transactions.
Inquiry criteria will be displayed by default above the grid.
To perform an invoice inquiry, select from the various options below.
- District, Jurisdiction, Parcel and Invoice Number are all optional fields that may be used to assist you in narrowing your search.
- Date Type may be set to either Billing Date or Due Date for the invoice.
- Enter a From Date and To Date. These are both required fields. You may also click the dual calendar icon located next to From Date to choose from a list of common date ranges.
- Under the Status section, select the invoice statuses that you would like to be returned in the inquiry. At least one check box must be selected from the available options of Paid, Edit, Canceled, and Open.
- Click Search. Relevant inquiry results will be returned in the grid below.

Click on the Invoice Number hyperlink for the invoice you would like to view.
- The Special Assessments Invoice Inquiry pop-up will be displayed where you can view general batch information. Click the gold bars to expand information for transaction and approval history for the invoice.
- Under the Transactions section, clicking on Payment transaction types will open the receipt detail inquiry.
- There are options to print or save the information listed under the Transactions section to a variety of file formats. You may choose to send it to myReports by clicking on the Send to myReports button located in the toolbar.
