Customer Category List
Authorized users can use the Customer Category List page to view work order customer category codes. A customer category code defines the different labor rates by the city to where those rates are assigned. If your municipality charges external customers different rates than internal customers, use a Customer Category code to mark up that cost.
To access the Customer Category List page, go to Maintenance > Financial Management > Work Orders > Customer Category. For instructions on how to create customer category codes or edit existing customer category codes in the list, go to Add or Edit a Customer Category Code.
For more information on working with customer category codes on the Customer Category Code List page, expand one of the categories below:

The ability to delete is based on user authority and may not be available.
- Click the Delete trash can icon (
) next to the code in the list you want to delete. A confirmation window displays.
- Click OK to confirm and delete the customer category code.

- Click Print. The Customer Category Listing pop-up window displays.
- Select the information you want to include on the report.
- Click OK to generate the Customer Category Listing report that displays a list of all job codes.
