Print Edit & Error Listing

To generate these lists, follow the steps below:

  1. In the grid, select the check boxes associated with the districts for which you would like to generate an edit and error listing for.
  2. If you would like to print the error listing and/or the G/L Distribution Summary along with the edit listing, click Show Preferences in the upper right-hand side of the screen. Select the Print Error Listing and/or Print G/L Distribution Summary check boxes as appropriate.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Print results will appear at the bottom of the grid notifying you of the result. Successfully generated edit and error listings can be viewed in myReports.
