Validation

Active districts will appear in the Validation grid. To validate districts, follow the steps below:

Note: After all of the work in the district has been completed, its status needs to be changed from Pending to Active before the district can be validated.

  1. Select the check boxes on the left side of the grid next to districts you would like to validate.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. Validation results will appear at the bottom of the grid notifying you of the result. If the validation is successful, an installment schedule will also be created.
  4. Districts that have been successfully approved and validated will appear on the Print Edit & Error Listing icon on the grid.
