Security Settings
User Permissions
There are security settings for Special Assessments. To give users access, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Security > Users.
- Select a user who needs access to Special Assessments and click Permissions.
- Under the Filter heading in the upper left-hand corner of the screen, type Special Assessments.

Under Permissions, all security components related to Special Assessments will display. The name of each component indicates the area and/or function with which it is associated.
Go through the list of Special Assessment security components and assign the appropriate access levels for the selected user. Clicking a permission check box to display the check mark
gives the user access to the permission.

- Click Save to retain the settings.
The new authorizations will take effect after the user has logged off and logged back on to the system.
Process Manager
Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Process Manager
Process Manager security controls apply to Special Assessments Billing Batch, Delinquent Batch, District Adjustment, District Entry, Inquiry and Transaction Adjustment. Select an area and click Set Up Departments to choose departments that users need access to.
