Fund (Organization 1) List
The Fund (or Organization 1) List page allows authorized users to view a list of the first component of the general ledger account numbers defined.
Note: The title on this screen is a variable based on the title defined in the Level 1—Size/Title Description field on the Organization tab on the New World ERP Settings page. (Located at Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > System > New World ERP Settings.)
To access the Organization List page, go to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Chart of Accounts > Funds.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Title | The title associated with the organization. |
Code | The code that identifies the selected organization. The code is a hyperlink that you can click to view and edit the first component of the organization. |
Description | A description of the organization. |
Fiscal Start Month | The month that represents the first month of the fiscal year for the organization. |
Category | The category under which the organization falls. |

To delete a fund on the Fund List page, select the fund in the list to highlight it and click Delete. If you are on the Fund page, click Delete.
The Delete button is hidden or disabled if you do not have the appropriate security permissions. If you are authorized, when you click Delete you are prompted to confirm the deletion.

If needed, click Refresh to repopulate and update the list to include any changes other authorized users may have made.

To include the fund information in an export file, click Export. This opens the Data Export dialog box, where you can define the export criteria to include in the export file.

To print a report of all funds, click Print. On the Print Fund List dialog box, click OK to submit the listing to myReports.
