Organization Component List
The Organization Component List page allows authorized users to view or delete the second component of the organization set of a general ledger account number.
To access the Organization Component List page, go to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Chart of Accounts > G/L Organization > Components.

Field | Description |

Level | The level associated with the selected organization. |
Title | The title associated with the selected organization. |
Code | The code that identifies the selected organization. The code is a hyperlink that you can click to view and edit the organization component. This field is required. |
Description | A description of the organization. This field is required. |

To delete a code on the Organization Component List page, select the code in the list to highlight it and click Delete.
The Delete button is hidden or disabled if you do not have the appropriate security permissions. If you are authorized, when you click Delete you are prompted to confirm the deletion.

If needed, click Refresh to repopulate and update the list to include any changes other authorized users may have made.

To print a report of all organization components, click Print. On the Print Organization Component dialog box, click OK to submit the listing to myReports.
