Organization Set List
The Organization Set List page allows authorized users to view or delete existing organization sets.
To access the Organization Set List page, go to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Chart of Accounts > G/L Organization > Sets.

Field | Description |

Organization | The organization set and the organization levels associated with the organization set. The description is a hyperlink that you can click to view and edit the organization set. |
Description | A description of the organization set. |
Function, Sub Function | The function and sub function associated with the organization. |
Rollup | Displays a check mark if the organization set is defined for report/inquiry rollup purposes only. |

You can search for specific organization sets to further narrow the list of organization sets that display on the page.
- Click Show Search in the top-right corner of the page. The search fields will display.
- In the drop-down lists displayed, select the desired organization 1 through 6 component on which to search that may be part of the organization set.
- Click Search. The list is updated with the organization sets that meet the criteria you entered.
To search for all organization sets. leave the fields blank and click Search.

To delete an organization set, select the item in the list to highlight it and click Delete.
The Delete button is hidden or disabled if you do not have the appropriate security permissions. If you are authorized, when you click Delete you are prompted to confirm the deletion.

If needed, click Refresh to repopulate and update the list to include any changes other authorized users may have made.

To print a report of all organization sets, click Print. On the Print Organizations dialog box, click OK to submit the listing to myReports.
