You cannot create a lower level unless a higher level exists (e.g., you cannot create a Level 2 if a Level 1 does not exist, cannot create a Level 3 if a Level 2 does not exist, etc.). If creating three levels, the last level can only be used as a detail item. The combination of the Level and Number of fields must be unique. Levels 2 through 3 are optional, however, if a value is selected in the Level field, the Number of field is required. - In Number of, enter the order in which the physical inventory location should exist. The valid values are 1 through 999 and the number must be unique. It starts at the sequence number for this parent and adds the entered number of this level.
- Click OK to save the location and add it to the sub location/physical inventory location.
