Non-Employee Enhancements

The Non-Employee module has been enhanced as follows:

  • ClosedEdit, Notes and Print buttons have been added to the page headers of Non-Employee Benefit Plans, Non-Employee Dependents and Non-Employee User-Defined.

  • A Closedlink to Notes has been added to the non-employee folder.

  • ClosedSecondary Phone Number fields for phone type and number have been added to the General tab of the Non-Employee page.

    Adding a secondary phone number here adds it automatically to the Phone Numbers section on the Personal tab in Workforce Administration, and vice-versa.

  • The print dialog Closeddefaults the name of the Non-Employee you are viewing. If necessary, you may select another name or clear the field to print all non-employees.
