User-Defined Mass Update Termination Date Column

Termination Date has been added as an available column on the User-Defined Mass Update grid:

This column is useful in identifying employees who were terminated in the current year and need W-2 Box 12-DD updated for health insurance.

To show the column, click the Feature chooser in any column header, then Column Chooser:

The Column Chooser window displays. Select Show Termination Date and click Apply:

To hide the column, click the Feature chooser icon in the column header, then Hide:
