Alabama System Settings Maintenance

The following updates have been applied to the Alabama System Settings Maintenance page:

• The page contains one main tab, RSA Settings, and the fields on the former Company Settings tab have been moved to a General sub-tab:

  

• The Wage Settings tab has been renamed Wages, and the Payment Reasons column has been renamed Type:

  

• The Employee Contributions and RSA-1 Contributions sub-tabs containing multi-select list boxes have been replaced by a Deductions sub-tab containing a two-column grid of deduction codes and associated contribution types:

  

  The left column contains all active deduction codes. Map these codes to contribution types in the right column. The available types are Employee Contribution, Pre-Tax and Roth Post-Tax. Any deduction code selected on the former Employee Contributions sub-tab must be mapped to the Employee Contribution type, while any deduction code selected on the former RSA-1 Contributions tab must be mapped to the Pre-Tax type. The Roth Post-Tax type is new.

  Click Save after each mapping:

  

  After making all selections, click the Save button below the grid.
