ICMA System Settings Maintenance

Use this page to configure deduction and benefit codes for ICMA reporting. This setup eliminates the need to select deductions and benefits every time you run the ICMA Report.

The left column of the grid on the Deduction Settings tab contains all active deduction codes. Using the dropdowns in the other columns, map reportable deduction codes to plan numbers, wage types and contribution types. To save your selections, click the Save button:

On the Benefits tab, for contributions the employer makes on behalf of employees, map applicable benefit codes in the left column of the grid to plan numbers and contribution types, clicking the Save button after each selection:

Available selections on the Deduction Settings and Benefit Settings tabs come from the following validation sets:

  • Plan Number = 684 ICMA Plan Number
  • Type = 685 ICMA Type
  • Contribution = 686 ICMA Contribution Type

Review validation sets at Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > System > Validation Sets > Validation Set List.

To navigate to the ICMA Report page, click the ICMA Report button at the bottom of this page.
