Email Groups

Email groups allow the user to send reports to multiple email addresses at run time. The Email Group field is present on each of the reports pages.

Clicking the address book icon allows the user to configure an email group. Email addresses need to be separated by semi-colons. The Share with All Users check box allows displaying of this email group for all software users instead of merely the logged in user.

Note: Emails are triggered when the report is sent to myReports. SSRS reports pop-up to the screen first and do not send to myReports immediately unless the Send to myReports button is clicked. Clicking that button would fire the emails in the case of SSRS reports.
