Procurement > Compliance Types
The Compliance Type List page displays the compliance types defined in the system for your organization. The columns display the Code and Description that identify the compliance type, as well as whether the type is renewable and, if so, the terms that renew the compliance type.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Code | The name that uniquely identifies the compliance type. |
Description | Details about the compliance type that, together with the Code, allow the compliance type to be easily identified. |
Renewable | A check mark (![]() |
Renewable Type | The type of renewal that this compliance type uses. |
Examples
Some examples of compliance types are: Insurance (proof of insurance), Bond (bond compliance), W-9/Tax ID (on file), and Approved (approved vendor).
System Administrators: Compliance Types need to be defined before users can tie them to a vendor record. This feature requires that security be set up for users. After the security setup is complete, users can add and edit compliance types in the system.
