For eSuite links that appear in employee email notifications, use the ClosedeHR field to identify the fully qualified path to eSuite.

Use the eHRAccess field to create a ClosedCommon Link to eSuite from Workforce Administration. Clicking this link will take you to an employee's ClosedWelcome page of the HR portal and provide access to My HR with view and print rights for the following: accruals, benefits, deductions, contacts and dependents, direct deposits, paychecks, pay rates, personal information, positions and W-2 forms.

To set up this link, type your eSuite path (URL) in the ClosedeHRAccess field, making sure to include the forward slash (/) at the end.

Click Save.

To make the eSuite Access link visible, give employees a minimum of View/Use permission to the eSuite Change Requests security component:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Security > Users.
  2. Select a user.
  3. Click Permissions.
  4. Click the Show Search link.
  5. In the Component Name field, type eSuite Change Requests.
  6. Click Search.
  7. The grid will refresh to show the ClosedeSuite Change Requests component only.

  8. Select the appropriate permissions. View/Use and Print are required.
  9. Click Save.
  10. For the permissions to take effect, the user must log off and log back on.
