Work Orders Grid Scheduled Date and Requested By Columns

Utility Management > Customer Service > Account > Work Orders

Scheduled Date and Requested By have been added as available columns on the Customer Service Work Orders grid.

The columns are shown by default:

To hide a column, click the Feature chooser icon in the column header, then Hide:

To show a column, click the Feature chooser in any column header, then Column Chooser:

The Column Chooser window displays. Select Show Requested By and click Apply:
