Mass Notes Import

Utility Management > Customer Service > Mass Notes Import

A Mass Notes Import button has been added to the Customer Service search panel:

Clicking this button opens the Mass Notes Import wizard:

For this button to be available, the user needs permission to the Utility Mass Notes Import security component:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Security > Users. The User List page displays.
  2. Use the filter in the User Name column to search for the user.
  3. Select the user’s row.
  4. Click Permissions. The User Permissions page displays, containing a grid of security components and a filter panel.

  5. In the Search Security Components filter, type utility mass notes import. The grid refreshes to display the Utility Mass Notes Import component:

  6. Select Full permission.
  7. Click Save.
  8. For the permission to take effect, the user must log off and log back on.
