Budget Billing Plan Report

The Budget Billing Plan Report lists all budget billing plans as of a particular date.

A security component, UM Budget Billing Report, exists for this report. You will need this permission to run the report.

Running the Report

Utility Management > Reports > Management > Budget Billing Plan Report

1. The As of Datedefaults to the current date. The system uses this date to determine which budget billing plans should appear on the report. This value is required.
2. Select a Budget Type to restrict the report output to only one budget billing plan. All plans are selected by default.
3. Select a Reporting Profile to restrict the report output to budget billing plans in a specific reporting profile. All reporting profiles are selected by default.
4. Select theInclude Charge Category Breakdowncheck box to include charge category information on the report. This check box is cleared by default.
5. Click Print to send the report to myReports. Output is sorted by account number.
