Bills Tab - Bill Export

The Bill Export section on the Bills tab determines the information that will be included in the bill export file.

1. Select the Include Consumption Information checkbox to include consumption details in the export file.
2. Select the Include TOU Summary Information check box if your municipality is measuring Time of Use (TOU) on electric meters but you would like to include a total consumption summary in addition to the TOU consumption.
3. Select the Include Services check box to include service details in the export file.
4. Select the Include Rates check box to include rate details in the export file. Clear this option if your organization does not want to include rates; this will improve performance.
5. Selecting a Bill Export File Type will make that value the default form type value when bills are exported. If this field is left blank, no default will be provided in the export process.
6. If the Include Charge Category Detail check box is selected, the export file will include a charge category presentation of the consumption that is being billed.
7. If the Include Flat Charges on Meters check box is selected, flat charges will be associated with the meter for which they are relevant.
8. Select the Include Third Party Supporting Details check box if you are importing voice, video, and data information from a third party provider and want to export the supporting detail for those charges.
