Consumption Tab - Billing Consumption Entry

The Billing - Consumption Entry section contains fields that determine how meter status will affect processing.

1. If the Read Inactive Meters check box, is selected, reads may be entered on inactive meters. The meter will not be billed, but it may be read for control purposes. The check box is cleared by default.
2. If the Include Inactive Non-Metered Units check box is selected, consumption may be entered on inactive non-metered units. The consumption will not be billed, but it may be read for control purposes. The check box is cleared by default.
3. The Consumption Display field determines the type of consumption that should be presented in the billing process. The options are Actual and Billed; Actual is the default value.
