General Tab - Remittance Address

The Remittance address section provides the details for the Remit To address that can appear on custom utility bills.

1. Enter the name of the organization that should be used as the Remit To name (e.g., City of new world ERP).
2. Enter the street Address to which remittances should be sent. It may contain up to 50 characters.
3. Type the Zip Code. The field will filter the options as you type, allowing you to select the Zip Code with out having to type the complete value. When you tab off of this field, the system will populate the City and State controls with the values that match the Zip code.
4. The name of the City can be overwritten, if necessary. The value may contain up to 32 characters.
5. The State control contains all of the states and territories defined in Validation Set 3, State.
