Workflow Tab - Customer Service Section
The Customer Service section allows the organization to define which items users may access when a utility account is maintained.
The list box in this section lists the account attributes that can be maintained in Customer Service. Services and Transactions must be used; the others are optional. The and
keys allow the organization to determine the order of the attributes; simply click on an attribute and then click the appropriate arrow key to move it to the desired place in the list.
If the Show Consumption Graph Collapsed checkbox is selected, the Consumption Graph for Measurement Type section in Customer Service > Service > Meter will be collapsed by default.
The Use field determines whether the highlighted section will be displayed in Customer Service. The Use check box is selected and disabled for Services and Transactions.
