Positions

Use the Position List page to set up and maintain employee positions.

Positions that already have been set up display in a grid. To set up a position, click the New button located below the grid. To edit an existing position, click the hyperlinked Position Number. In either instance, the Position page opens, containing the detailed information for the position.

Use the Copy button to copy an existing position to use as the basis for creating a new position. This feature provides a more efficient way to create positions when there are several openings for a position or when the details of a new position are shared by an existing position.
